these days, almost everyone owns a DSLR camera. but just because you own one and watermark all your pictures with "my name photography" does not mean you're a professional photographer! i'm just saying ;)
i've been loving using my iphone to take blog pictures because it totally simplifies things...snap photo, crop & apply instagram filter, email and done! it really makes for some great faux-tography. you can even get the latest and greatest faux-vintage* look in seconds! i'll admit...i've come to love this look myself. not sure if it will be cool in 10 years, though.
*i find it a little ironic that we are in constant search for the highest resolution cameras but then post-process the images to look old/faded/washed-out. who popularized this look, anyway? baffling! perhaps it's a psychological thing where the faux-vintage photos take people back to the good ol' days, when life was much simpler blah blah blah...i think they call it nostalgia. heh.
The pic of Tiramisu makes me laugh...only because her tights are totally long pants on short kids! HAHAHA! I miss Jazzy's long hair, but she still looks cute!!
